Shirleyyogi and Kiddo mentioned hormones in another thread, so I got to thinking about infections and how they affect hormones. I've read a lot of experiences of people having drastic hormonal changes from infectious disease on top of circulation and lymph drainage problems. Maybe there is something in our bodies causing the right conditions for cellulite? I know some people blame nearly every health problem on the planet on parasites, which I don't agree with, but maybe it's worth looking into when you hit a brick wall. Sometimes diet and lifestyle changes aren't enough.

Ann Louise Gittleman writes about this a lot and it never really resonated with me.  It just doesn't fit in with my world view.  It actually brings up big philosophical, semi-religious questions for me that I don't know if people are interested in reading here on a blog about cellulite!  Does anyone else have these kind of thoughts on the subject, or is it just me?
