My interest in enzymes was piqued during a conversation that began, of all places, in the comments section of my post about an easy recipe for lamb fries. Marc, a CI reader in Scotland, is a raw foodie–and not of the lettuce and sprouts variety, either. He eats raw meats, even raw lamb testicles!
