TGIF, to my fellow Cellulite Investigators!  The website overhaul is still in full gear, so today’s post is a brief roundup of significant notes from the last week.

#1: Another Cellulite Success Story!

This one came in via Twitter.  Our source didn’t have much cellulite to start with, but it all disappeared after she went dairy-free for two weeks.  It is an especially timely report in light of Wednesday’s post about dairy.  We’ve heard success stories like this one before, from women who “accidentally” healed all their cellulite when making dietary changes for unrelated reasons.  It is further evidence of the importance of strong digestive health for cellulite recovery,

#2:  Iodine Update

It’s been two weeks since I restarted the iodine supplement, and there is no sign of the bloating I experienced the first time around.  The added nutritional support I am giving my body seems to be working.  I’ve noticed increased energy, especially in the morning.  I also feel well rested even after nights when I don’t get as much sleep.

The experience has me wondering what actually goes on at night while we’re sleeping. Why do we all require this daily shutdown period?  Does anyone have a good book to recommend about sleep? I think this would be a great topic for a future Cellulite BOTM selection.

#3:  Our Resident “French Girl” Cellulite Investigator

Did you see this wonderful comment in last week’s post about French beauty secrets?  She tells us why French women have the advantage when it comes to cellulite, and also why they might have more of it than we think.  I believe we are sitting on a treasure trove of information here if we can figure out how to continue to connect with women from around the world to compare and contrast our experiences with cellulite.  Any ideas?
